System Setup for the Business
The master list of the system consists of the following things


Items
  • In items basically we will have the product catalog, services and package.
  • In the product catalog we have different types of the products and there price listings.

Stock
Stock means the products that are available with the company which are stored in the warehouse and are ready for selling it.

Non Stock
The products that are not available with the certain company but they will provide the products on an order by the customer.


Samples/Supplies
In this we will provide the samples of the larger items so that it can be shown to the customers for the identification of color and design of the product.


Price List
These is used to give the different prices by which we can know that at what price the products are given to the Distributors, Fabricators and customers respectively.


Customer price list
These is used to give the price list of the different products which are given to the same customer. 

Services
Some of the companies will provide the services like Fabrication, Installation, Transportation etc.. and this is used for entering details of the services provided.
     Example: If we buy a product in amazon then they provide packing and the shipping with an charge of extra amount.


Package
These is used to provide the product along with the services in a package for certain type of the products and is used for these details.
     Example: When we buy a new television the installation will be included in the product cost.






Parties
  • The word parties means the persons who are linked up with the companies.
  • Mainly, the parties consists of Customers, Suppliers, Vendors and Associates.
  • The main business will be carried out these peoples.
Customers
These are people who will buy the products or the raw materials etc.. The customers will be different according to the business, but these are necessary to run a business.


Suppliers
These are people who will sell the products or raw materials etc... The suppliers will be different according to the business.

 Vendors
These are people who will provide services to the companies or other business like packing, tranportations etc...

Associates
These are the middle persons who helps the business for introducing of new customers and the suppliers.
