Types of Business

Mainly the Business consists of following aspects.

Manufacturers

The companies/industries which converts the raw materials to the finished goods.

          Example: Limestoe to Cement. 

                          Iron ore to Steel.

                          Sugarcane to Sugar.

Fabricators 

These are also known as installers. In this business they will modify the finished product according to the requirement of the customers.

          Example: Designing of the kitchen platform using the granite.

Distributors

• In these business the products will bought from the manufacturers in the bulk quantity and will be distributed to the retailer shop orelse directly to the customers.
• He will act as a middle person between the customer and the manufacturer.

Note: According to the business we have choosen, the suppliers and customers will be changed.

The general flow of the products is shown below.

• The Raw materials will be taken from the natural resources though mining.
• Then the raw materials will be supplied to the manufacturers/companies where the material will be processed and made into a finished goods.
• The finished good are stored in the ware houses which are also called as the locations.
• From these locations the Distributors or Fabricators will purchase the products and supplies to the retail shops or directly to the customers.
